Product is nice, the foam feels a bit on the "hard" side, but it is mentioned that this is supposed to be high quality foam, more dense. It almost didn't fit my chair's arm but with a little effort i was able to get them in place. I didn't even notice this but 2 pairs are included in this purchase, which is great! Whenever the old ones get on a bad condition you can just replace them (or you can gift them to someone else). It's only 4 stars out of 5 because I really wished it was softer, but it does the job.
